Step 2: Fill out your survey

The BJJ Macros survey provides the necessary information required to generate your initial profile

Step 3 Receive your Macros for the week

You will receive your goals for the week within 2 business days of completing your survey

Step 4 Check in each week for adjustments

Each week you provide pictures and any feedback as to how your diet changes are going

Upon checkout you will be required to fill out a survey for your profile. This will be set up in your tracking app.
