Improving the Jiu Jitsu community's relationship with food is my goal
I've been there myself. I was an overweight hobbyist purple belt. I used the same process and principles to drop two weight classes from heavyweight to middleweight.
For so long the Jiu Jitsu community has taken nutrition advice from MMA and Wrestling. The mentality surrounding these sports do not carry over well to Jiu Jitsu.
My goal is to give you a framework that makes your relationship with food and training simple and easy to follow.
I have taught and coached both the competitor and hobbyist how to transform their bodies !
